Rubbish

At St Clair Park Village, rubbish collection is organized by Auckland Council. All residents must follow the guidelines set by the council and the Body Corporate rules to ensure that rubbish is collected efficiently and effectively and the bins stored accordingly.

Please remember to leave your bins out on the day of collection. Failure to do so may result in your rubbish not being collected. We kindly ask that all residents take responsibility for the disposal of their rubbish and ensure that it is disposed of in the appropriate bins.

Other ways you can sort out your rubbish:

  • For multi-unit dwellings, the Body Corporate office will organise the inorganic collection. Communication of the date and collection point will be timely shared.

  • Bring your rubbish/recycling items to the Waitakere Refuse and Recycling Centre (fee may apply).

  • Check out Gorecycle in New Lynn, they may take metal scraps and electronic waste for free.

We wanted to remind you of the importance of keeping our community clean and tidy. To do so, we kindly ask that you read and familiarize yourself with rule "21. Rubbish and pest control."

Also, please remember to remove your rubbish bins from the designated collection point within 12 hours of collection. We suggest storing them in your rear courtyard or other designated areas to avoid obstructing pedestrian or vehicular traffic. This way, we can all work together to keep our community looking its best!
